Chemical Peels
Discover Radiant, Renewed Skin
A chemical peel is a skin resurfacing treatment that uses medical-grade solutions to gently remove the outermost layers of skin, revealing the fresh, healthier skin underneath. Think of it as a deep reset for your complexion — smoothing texture, evening out tone, and bringing back that natural glow.
At Ellaryn MedSpa, our peels are customized to your specific skin type, concerns, and goals. Whether you’re dealing with sun damage, fine lines, acne scarring, or just want a brighter complexion, we’ll tailor the peel to give you the best possible results.
Our esthetician Kathy has over 20 years of experiencewith peels and skincare, so you can trust that your treatment is in expert hands. She’ll guide you through every step and recommend a peel depth that matches your comfort level and goals.

Your Visit
What to Expect During Your Treatment
Skin Analysis
Kathy examines your skin and discusses your concerns to determine the right peel type and strength for you. This personalized approach ensures the best results for your unique skin.
Preparation & Application
Your skin is thoroughly cleansed, then the peel solution is applied evenly to the treatment area. You may feel a tingling or mild warmth — this is normal and temporary.
Neutralization & Soothing
The peel is neutralized, and a calming moisturizer and sunscreen are applied to protect your fresh skin. The whole process takes about 30–45 minutes.
Your Results
Light peels have minimal downtime with mild flaking for a day or two. Medium peels may involve 3–5 days of visible peeling as your skin renews. The results — brighter, smoother, more even skin — are absolutely worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a range of peels from light (superficial) to medium-depth, using medical-grade solutions. Light peels are great for a quick glow-up with minimal downtime. Medium peels go deeper to address sun damage, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation. Kathy will recommend the best type for your skin and goals.
Light peels typically have little to no visible downtime — maybe some mild flaking for a day or two. Medium peels may involve 3–5 days of peeling and redness. We'll let you know exactly what to expect so you can plan accordingly.
Light peels can typically be done every 4–6 weeks. Medium peels are usually spaced 2–3 months apart. Kathy will create a treatment schedule that gives your skin the perfect balance of results and recovery time.
Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun for a period after the peel, which is why sunscreen is absolutely essential (and we'll send you home with aftercare instructions). Over time, regular peels actually help strengthen and improve your skin's overall health and resilience.
Absolutely! Chemical peels pair beautifully with treatments like Botox and fillers. Many clients do a peel to perfect their skin texture and tone, then add injectables for volume and line smoothing. We'll help you build a complete treatment plan.
TCA Peels and Jessner's & Tretinoin Peels are $300 each. For a lighter option, our MicroPeel Facial is $160 (or $180 with dermaplaning). Schedule a complimentary skin consultation with Kathy and she'll recommend the perfect peel for your skin.
